WindStone
Golf Course
was
originally designed in 1986 by Gary Roger Baird of Nashville and later
updated by Golf Scapes of Arlington Texas. Located in the rolling
hills on the state line
between Ringgold, Georgia, and Ooltewah, Tennessee, this
beautiful
golf
course has tree-lined fairways and undulating greens. Water comes into
play on eight holes. The signature hole is #8, a 396-yard, par 4,
featuring a large fairway bunker and a shallow green protected by a
creek with a rock lined bank. In 2007 the
course became a private course dedicated to providing the best
golfing value of any course in the Chattanooga metro area.
Jeff Craig serves as PGA Head Golf Professional for WindStone.
In addition to the beautiful course, members enjoy a full-size pool,
dual tennis courts, driving range, practice putting surface, and The
Grill at WindStone, a full service restaurant and bar.
