WindStone Golf Membership
WindStone Golf Club is a private club owned and operated by Tim & Wes Gilbert since 1993. The Club first opened as a fully functional 18-hole public golf course in 1989. The Gilberts took over operations in 1993 and continued in the public market. Since 2007, WindStone has become the premiere all inclusive private club in town.
Your monthly dues include unlimited golf as well as unlimited range balls and golf carts. Plus you and your immediate family (as defined by contract) have full use of the swimming pool, tennis courts and WindStone Grill. (Please read over the membership classification)
7-Day Family Membership
$380.00 per month
Allow full use of all the club’s facilities Sunday through Saturday and include the member’s spouse and immediate family under 24 living in the same household. All family members’ names and birthdays must be listed on the membership.
5-Day Family Membership
$330.00 per month
Allow full use of all the club’s facilities Monday through Friday (except holidays) and include the member’s spouse and immediate family under 24 living in the same household. All family members’ names and birthdays must be listed on the membership.
7-Day Individual
$330.00 per month
Allow single member full use of the club’s golf facilities Sunday through Saturday. The single member and his/her immediate family under the age of 24 living in the same household may use the pool; tennis courts, and grill at any time. All family members’ names and birthdays must be listed on the membership.
5-Day Individual
$280.00 per month
Allow the single member full use of the club’s golf facilities Monday through Friday (except holidays). The single member and his/her immediate family under the age 24 living in the same house hold may use the pool, tennis courts and grill at anytime. All family members’ names and birthdays must be listed on the membership.
7-Day Single Young Adult
$252.00 per month
Allow single member age 18-35 years old; full use of the club’s golf facilities Sunday through Saturday. Tee times are restricted on Friday, Saturday and Sunday until after 12:00 pm. If member wants to play before these times, member will be charged the accompanied green fee. The single member and his/her immediate family under the age of 24 living in the same household may use the pool; tennis courts, and grill at any time. All family members’ names and birthdays must be listed on the membership.
7-Day Family Young Adult
$302.00 per month
Member must be 18-35 years old, allow full use of all the club’s facilities Sunday through Saturday, and include the member’s spouse and immediate family under 24 living in the same house hold. Tee times are restricted on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday until 12:00 pm. If the member wants to play before these times, the member will be charged the accompanied green fee. All family members’ names and birthdays must be listed on the membership.
Junior Membership
$200.00 annual fee + $60.00/month
Allow junior member full use of the club’s golf facilities Sunday through Saturday. The junior member from the age of 13 years old to 18 years old still in high school may use the pool; tennis courts, and grill at anytime. Junior member and/or parent who rides on a cart will be charged for cart fees.
Social Membership
$1,000.00/year or $250.00/month for 4 months
Allow full use of the pool, tennis court, and grill. Pool membership includes all family members under the age of 24 living in the same household. All family members’ names and birthdays must be listed on the membership. Pool Hours Tuesday-Sunday 10:00 am-9:00 pm.
Contract Billing and Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, memberships are for one (1) year terms and will auto-renew at the anniversary date for another one (1) year term. Statements are sent monthly on or around the first of the month by email or mail. The statement period is for the month prior and includes dues and payable for the current month and all charge incurred in the prior month. (ex. February statement-Feb. 1 bill show charges for February dues and January member charges). Payment is accepted by credit card or bank draft only and will be charged/drafted on or after the 15th of each month. Payment collected by credit card will be charged a service fee of 3%. Payment collected by ACH (bank draft) account will not be charged a service fee.
